خطای power pivot

After installing PowerPivot for SharePoint 2010 for the first time, I added a PowerPivot Gallery to one of my existing sites and I was presented with the following error message:

“The referenced file ‘/_layouts/PowerPivot/ReportGalleryView.ascx’ is not allowed on this page.”

After doing some research, I found this blog post. For whatever reason, Microsoft missed a step for the feature activation of the PowerPivot controls that adds the controls to the Safe Controls in the Web.Config file of your web application. You have to do this manually. For each Web.Config file on each server for each web application, you have to add the following Safe Control:

SafeControl Src="~/_layouts/powerpivot/*" IncludeSubFolders="True" Safe="True" AllowRemoteDesigner="True" <"SafeAgainstScript="True

After adding that to your Safe Controls in each web.config, do an IISRESET and you are all set.

راه حل:

To configure the State Service by using the Farm Configuration Wizard

1) On the Central Administration Web site, click Configuration Wizards.

2) On the Configuration Wizards page, click Launch the Farm Configuration Wizard.

3) On the first page of the Farm Configuration Wizard, click Start the Wizard.

4) On the services configuration page, in the Services section, select the State Service check box.

5) Click Next.

6) Complete any other configuration steps for the server farm.

7) On the final page of the Farm Configuration Wizard, click Finish.

NOTE: If the State Service check box is unavailable, the State Service is already configured. To make changes to the configuration you must use Windows PowerShell.

تغيير رنگ روي آيتم هاي ليست

سلام

در صفحه ای که ان لیست وجود دارد style sheet زیر را وارد کنید. :

Color : #cccccc;

}

البته StyleSheetبالا بر روی همه تگ های هایپر لینک تاثیر خواهد گذاشت . شما باید یک کلاس بالاتر از آیتم های آن لیت را پیدا کنید و برای ان بنویسید.

برای مثال در شیرپوینت آیتم ها دارای کلاس ms-vb هستند . شما در صفحه مربوطه style sheet زیر را وارد کنید.

.ms-vb a:visited

{

Color : #cccccc !important;

}

!important را در صورتی بگذارید که با گذاشتن style sheet بالا موارد خوانده شده تغییر رنگ ندادند. زیرا ما با گذاشتن !important به آن می گوییم که این style sheet مهمتر است و باید اجرا شود.

حذف افزودن مورد جدید از پایین لیست ها

When you add SharePoint 2010 Lists in the web part pages or wiki pages, it shows the “Add New Item” at the bottom of the list by default. In most cases, wiki pages are considered as a mashup views along with other contents and you don’t want “Add New Item” as one of the options.

The reason for this link is web part toolbar type property sets to the “Summary Toolbar” by default. Change this setting to the “Full Toolbar” or “No Toolbar” and you will be able to hide the “Add New Item” link.

enabling Document Sets in Sharepoint 2010

In Central Administration : Required Features

I was trying to get Document Sets going in my Enterprise Sharepoint 2010 and came across the following message.

The feature being activated is a Site Collection scoped feature which has a dependency on a Web Application scoped feature which has not been activated. Please activate the following feature before trying again: Document Sets metadata synchronization 3a4ce811-6fe0-4e97-a6ae-675470282cf2

It appears that Document Sets metadata synchronization needs enabling first and it is a manual (Power Shell) operation.

After searching the SP2010 features and links, I chose to run the following in Power Shell:-

enable-spfeature -identity "3a4ce811-6fe0-4e97-a6ae-675470282cf2"
 -URL http://mySharepointURL

 بعد از نصب شیرپوینت و همچنین فارسی ساز، سرور را restart کرده و شیرپوینت را config کنید. بعد از اتمام مراحل config و اجرا کردن central administration به سراغ تنظیمات برای ایجاد user profile  می رویم . دو گزینه زیر را تیک بزنید:

 

قبل از ایجاد user profile، یک web application برای  mysiteبسازید. با کلیک روی web application مربوط به mysite و انتخاب گزینه managed paths دو مسیرهای  my از نوع Explicit inclusion و personal از نوع نوعwildcard inclusion را اضافه کنید.

حال باید یک Site Collectionایجاد کنید توجه داشته باشید که باید برای  URL پسوند My انتخاب شود و templateسایت باید از نوع Enterpriseو MySite Host باشد  بعد از این مرحله با رفتن به قسمت  Application Management->self-service site Enableگزینه ی Onرا باید انتخاب کنید تا self-serviceفعال شود.

قبل از راه اندازی سرویس user profile،باید سرویس managed meta data را راه اندازی کنید . به application management-> manage service application رفته و از طریق  new در تب بالا، managed meta data را انتخاب کنید. بعد از ساخت این سرویس باید آن را start کنید.

. به application management-> manage service application رفته و از طریق  new در تب بالا، user profile service را ایجاد کنید. در قسمت monitoring-> review job definition، user profile-activity feed job را enable کنید.

iis را restart کنید. (از طریق دستور iisreset در command prompt)

در قسمت application management->manage services on server سرویس ,user profile

synchnorization user profile را start کنید.

بعد از این که این دو سرویس start شدند، مشاهده می کنید که در بخش service های ویندوز، دو سرویس ForeFront Identity Manager (FIM)،  start شده اند.

 

حال ارتباط User Profile را با دامین Active Directory برقرار می کنیم.

به مسیر Central Administration / Application Management / Manage Service Applications رفته و بر روی  User Profiles / Manage کلیک کنید. سپس بر روی

  Configure Synchronizations connections / Create New Connection کلیک کنید و یک connection ایجاد کنید. دقت داشته باشید که forest name نام دامین شماست.

در پایان تنظیمات mysite  را با انتخاب setup mysite در قسمت user profile ایجاد شده، انجام دهید.

 

نصب شیرپوینت 2007 روی windows server 2008 و تنظیمات آن

نصب کامل شیرپوینت 2007 در pdf  زیر آورده شده است. بعد از دانلود شیرپوینت را نصب کنید. بعد از نصب شیرپوینت،  وارد central administration  شوید و تنظیمات زیر را انجام دهید:

1.       Outgoing e-mail setting

2.       Incoming e-mail setting (قبل از این کار سرویس smtp باید فعال شود)

3.       راه اندازیservice  ها

4.       ایجاد یک shared service provider و reset کردن IIS

5.       ایجاد web application و reset کردن IIS

6.       ساخت site collection
